1. About Everyday Maths Play
Everyday Maths Play is an online store providing digital maths resources, activities and guidance designed to support children’s mathematical learning through play.
These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or purchase resources from Everyday Maths Play. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products
All products sold by Everyday Maths Play are digital products. No physical product will be sent to you.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your purchased files will be made available for download. You will also receive an email containing a link to your download.
Please make sure the email address you provide when ordering is correct. If you have any difficulty accessing your files, please contact hello@everydaymathsplay.co.uk.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected resource or resources. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. We may change our prices or discontinue products in the future, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Our digital resources are supplied immediately after purchase.
Before proceeding to checkout, you will be asked to expressly agree to receive your digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once the download begins, you will lose your 14-day right to cancel.
Once the download has begun following that consent and acknowledgement, we are therefore unable to offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if there is a problem with the digital content. Please see our Refund Policy for further information.
This reflects the UK rules for immediately supplied downloads: customers must agree to immediate supply and confirm that they understand they will lose their 14-day cancellation right.
5. Using Your Resources
When you purchase an Everyday Maths Play resource, you are purchasing permission to use that resource, not ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property.
You may use a purchased resource with your own children or with children you personally work with, and you may print and reuse it as reasonably needed for that purpose.
You may not share or redistribute the digital files, upload them for others to access, sell or sublicense them, or provide copies to another person for their independent use.
If another parent, teacher, tutor, childminder or other person would like to use a resource independently, they should purchase their own copy.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and Everyday Maths Play resources — including text, activities, downloads, graphics, photographs, branding and designs — belongs to Everyday Maths Play or is used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or downloading a resource does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.
You must not reproduce, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission.
7. Educational Resources
Everyday Maths Play resources are designed to support children’s mathematical learning and provide parents and others working with children with ideas, activities and guidance.
Children develop at different rates, and resources are provided as educational support rather than as a guarantee of particular educational outcomes. Age and stage recommendations are intended as guidance and may not be appropriate for every individual child.
8. Problems With Digital Content
We want you to be happy with the resources you purchase. If a file is faulty, you receive the wrong resource or you experience problems accessing your purchase, please contact hello@everydaymathsplay.co.uk so that I can help resolve the problem.
Digital content must meet the standards required by law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
9. Acceptable Use of the Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorised access to the website, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or those of another person.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites operated by third parties. Please review the applicable terms and privacy policies when using third-party websites or services.
11. Shopify
Everyday Maths Play is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Everyday Maths Play. Shopify is not the seller of the Everyday Maths Play resources you purchase.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain personal information in order to provide its services. Further information about this is available in our Privacy Policy.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Everyday Maths Play is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when you purchased a resource or that result from using a resource in a way for which it was not intended.
Keeping this clause restrained is intentional: CMA guidance warns against terms that unfairly remove or restrict a business's responsibility when things go wrong or restrict customers' statutory rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services or applicable law.
The version that applies to your purchase will be the version in effect when you place your order.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the laws applicable where you live.
