Refund Policy

All Everyday Maths Play products are digital downloads and are available to access immediately after purchase.

Changing your mind

When you purchase a digital resource, you will be asked to agree to receive your digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

Once your digital content has been supplied, we are therefore unable to offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Problems with your purchase

If there is a problem with your resource — for example, you receive the wrong file, the file is faulty or you are unable to access your download — please contact me at hello@everydaymathsplay.co.uk and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
